It’s time to change the story about domestic abuse.
We need your help to break the toxic systems that keep women disempowered, divided, and silent.
Your generous contribution will ensure we can keep fighting for women everywhere, and help give them the tools to use their story to inspire lasting change in their community and around the world.
It’s time to shed the stigma, shame, and blame.
It’s time to #HearHerRoar.

Our Campaigns
We are Woman United, a London-based charity dedicated to helping women harness the power of their voice to create a gender equal world through creative storytelling.
Every year, we focus on an urgent issue in the fight for gender equality, illuminating systemic issues keeping women at a disempowered and unequal position in life.
This year, we are focusing on highlighting the shadow pandemic of domestic abuse, an issue exacerbated by the pandemic across the globe, through our #HearHerRoar campaign and empowered storytelling workshops.

Chapter One
Informal and Domestic Workers
Our first campaign, and the inspiration for our charity, was launched in the middle of the pandemic in Bali, celebrating the strength and beauty of the working women of the island - even in the face of great struggle.
Chapter Two
Domestic Abuse
Our second campaign celebrates the brave stories of domestic abuse survivors in our home country of the United KIngdom, using their collective voices to change the stories that keep abusers in power and victims and survivors silent.
Shop for Good
Fancy a fancy fine art print? A sexy #HearHerRoar tote or steamin’ mug? How about a poster for your wall reminding you just how freakin’ fabulous you are? We’ve got you covered (and all the proceeds go toward our work empowering women!)
Have you joined our #HearHerRoar Kindness Challenge?
You never know what a woman is going through behind closed doors.
And sometimes, a simple kind act or words of solidarity and love could be the thing to change the course of their day (or even their life).
In honour of our #HearHerRoar campaign, join us for our Kindness Challenge to show survivors and women in your corner of the world that they are not alone, there is hope, and that their story matters.
Together, our brave voices will become a roar too beautifully loud to ignore.
“I stand
on the sacrifices
of a million women before me
thinking
what can i do
to make this mountain taller
so the women after me
can see farther”
